Deleting Messages from the Archive of a Voice Mail/Fax Box
Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone
1.
Open the message list.
The message received last is displayed.
2.
Press the
delete key
to the delete the message shown.
Note:
To delete the entire archive, press and hold the
delete key
for approx. 2 seconds and then confirm the action.
