Configuring a List for Project Assignment

If a project has been entered in the project list, it can be simply selected before or during a call. The project list can contain up to 100 project numbers with the corresponding names.

Proceed as follows:

Using COMfortel Set

Open the Project list page.

In the Project number column, enter the project numbers you want. Possible entries:

2 to 6 digits

In the Project name column, enter a name for the project.

Note: Under Project name, do not use characters that could also be recognised as control characters during an export to *.csv (for example, semicolon, comma or tab). These characters will be accepted in the file unverified. This can lead to problems when reimporting the edited files.
