Configuring Announcement for Message Forwarding
Before the new messages are played back, the person being called hears the default announcement FORWARD.WAV.
Instead of the default announcement, you can configure your own announcement for message forwarding.
Proceed as follows:

Using COMfortel Set to Configure the Announcement for Message Forwarding
 
1.
Open the page Answering machine > Message forwarding.
2.
Select the desired announcement from the Announcement list field.
If you want to select an announcement that is stored on the telephone SD card in the ANNOUNCE directory, but is not listed as a selection in the list field, click . The announcements are read from the SD card and then displayed in the list field.
Using the Telephone to Configure the Announcement for Message Forwarding
 
1.
Press the Menu key and open the menu answer.machine > TAM settings > fwd announcement.
2.
Select one of the following options:
own announcement: Switches on a customised announcement for message forwarding.
standard announc: Switches on the default announcement for message forwarding. (No other action is required.)
3.
Scroll through the announcement list to your selection.
The name of the announcement along with the creation date and time is displayed.
4.
Tap on OK to accept the announcement.
