Menu Options during Calls
The following information is displayed during a call:
A
Costs (for outgoing external calls)
B
Communication partner
Note:
If the phone number has been assigned a name in the telephone book of the system telephone, this will be displayed.
If a contact image has been stored on the SD card and is assigned to a contact, it will be displayed (see chapter Telephone Book and Lists > Telephone Book > Adding contact images to the telephone book). If this is not the case, an Avatar image printed here will be displayed.

Possible Functions during a Call
Your system telephone shows possible functions during a call in the lower line on the display.
Tap on and to scroll through the various options.
Tap on OK to initiate the function currently displayed.
Tap on to access additional information about the call.

Phone number of the communication partner

MSN dialled
–
Exchange line used (for targeted exchange line access)

Provider number and name

Project number and name
Tap on and to scroll through this information.
Tap on OK to go back to the previous view.
