In the Operation list field, select one of the following options:

Login: Logs the telephone in to the group.
Logout: Logs the telephone out of the group.

In the Call direction list field, select one of the following options:
|
outgoing: Select the call type for outgoing.
incoming: Select the call type for incoming.
incoming and outgoing: Selects the call type for incoming & outgoing.

Manual entry: In the Group entry field, enter the group number.
|
and select the group based on its name.|
