Call Forwarding for Subscribers in the PBX
When subscriber call forwarding is used, internal and external calls to a single telephone can be forwarded to other internal telephones or external connections. As a result, a subscriber or the substitute can take these calls on another telephone.
Subscriber call forwarding ensures that the subscriber in question or the substitute is always available at his own phone number, even if the subscriber cannot take a call on his own telephone.
Note: The function is switched on in the PBX. The telephone does not have any messages about forwarded calls. The calls are not saved in the call log.
Proceed as follows:
Using the telephone (function key or  > Functions > Call fwd. (scr. in PBX))
Requirements:

Operation
switch on: Switches on call forwarding for subscribers.
switch off: Switches off call forwarding for subscribers (no further action is required).
Forwarding type
unconditional: Switches "Call fwd. unconditional" (unconditional call forwarding) on or off for subscribers.
on busy: Switches "Call fwd. on busy" (call forwarding on busy) on or off for subscribers.
not responding: Switches call forwarding "on no reply" on or off for subscribers.
Notes:
A different destination can be configured for each of the three types of call forwarding.
If "Call fwd. on busy" and "Call fwd. on no reply" are enabled at the same time, both will apply. The call is forwarded to the different, appropriate phone numbers, depending on which situation occurs – the telephone is busy or nobody answers.
If "Call fwd. unconditional" is enabled in addition to the "Call fwd. on busy" and/or "Call fwd. on no reply" options, all calls are forwarded immediately. In this case, the other call type forwarding are overridden, but remain enabled. As soon as "Call fwd. unconditional" is switched off, all the other types of call forwarding that are enabled become effective again.

Forwarding destination
Enter the forwarding destination either by entering it manually or by selecting a name via tapping on  .
Important:
If a destination number is adopted from the telephone book, it must be changed, if necessary, by hand as the adopted phone number could contain invalid special characters (permitted are the special characters # and *).
Internal destination: The internal phone number without ** must be entered.
External destination: The exchange line access number must always be entered if the automatic exchange line request is disabled. If the automatic exchgange line request is enabled, the phone number must always be entered without exchange line access number.
