Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone
 
In order to delete an announcement, press the function key configured.
Alternatively, proceed as described below.
1.
Press the Menu key and open the menu answer.machine > TAM settings > edit announcem..
2.
Scroll to the desired entry.
3.
Tap on .
4.
Select delete.
5.
Tap on OK to confirm the action.
