Transferring Data from PC to SD Card
Proceed as follows:
 
To transfer data saved on your computer to the SD card on your telephone. Proceed as follows.
1.
Open the page Answering machine > Data exchange.
When you open this page for the first time, a dialogue for reading out the directory structure on the SD card opens.

Click Yes.
The directory structure on the SD card is read out and then displayed under SD card.

Under PC, select the file or the directory in the directory tree that you want to transfer to the SD card.
Note:
You can also transfer multiple files/directories to the SD card at the same time.
If you let the cursor hover over a file for a few seconds, a tool tip automatically opens with information about the corresponding file.
If you want to listen to an announcement or recording stored on the PC on the loudspeaker, select the corresponding audio file (*.wav) and click .
 
3.
Select the destination directory in the directory tree under SD card, into which the data from the PC should be copied.
4.
The data is transferred to the SD card.
Note:
Audio files (*.wav) with 8 kHz, 8-bit and A-law encoding (also referred to as CCITT A-law) can be read from the SD card.
You can create a maximum of five directory levels one below the other in the directory tree under SD card, because otherwise problems may occur when the data is read out.
