Transferring Data from SD Card to PC
Proceed as follows:
 
To transfer a file saved on the SD card on your telephone to your PC. Proceed as follows.
1.
Open the page Answering machine > Data exchange.
When you open this page for the first time, a dialogue for reading out the directory structure on the SD card opens.

Click Yes.
The directory structure on the SD card is read out and then displayed under SD card.

Select the file or the directory in the directory tree under SD card that you want to transfer to the PC.
Note:
You can also transfer multiple files/directories to the PC at the same time.
If you let the cursor hover over a file for a few seconds, a tool tip automatically opens with information about the corresponding file.
The Audio files (*.wav) for messages and call recordings (MESSAGES directory) generally display the date and time as well as the phone number/caller name. Missing information is indicated by a dash.
 
3.
Select the destination directory in the directory tree under PC, in which the data from the SD card are to be copied.
Note:
If you want to refresh the directory tree under PC, click .
If you want to create a new directory in the directory tree under PC, click .
If you want to select a different root directory in the directory tree under PC, click . Select the desired directory and click Open (this text is dependent on the operating system used).
 
4.
The data is transferred to the PC.
