Delete an Existing Announcement for a Voice Mailbox
Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone
 
Requirements:
•
Voice mail/fax box which is configured in the PBX and assigned to the telephone
 
Proceed as follows.
1.
Press the Menu key and open the voice mailbox > settings > edit announc. menu.
2.
Select the voice mailbox from the list for which you want to delete an announcement.
3.
Scroll to the desired entry.
4.
Tap on and confirm with OK.
