Deleting Messages from the Archive of a Voice Mail/Fax Box
Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone
 
1.
Open the message list.
The last incoming message is displayed.
2.
Tap on to the delete the message shown.
Note: In order to delete the entire archive, tap on and hold for approx. 2 seconds and then confirm the action.
