Options for Configuring Contacts

You can assign an individual ring tone to every contact. You can also forward incoming calls from that contact directly to the answering machine.

Note: You can also link an IP camera to the contact by tapping Contact and telephone book key > Name of the contact > Menu key > Επιλογές and input DTMF signals for the associated door station.

Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone

Requirements:

•

for call forwarding: an operational answering machine

Press the

Contact/Telephone book key.

Scroll to the contact or enter its first letter using the keypad.

Tap on the name of the contact.

Press the

Menu key.

Tap on Επιλογές.

Tap on Ήχος κλήσης and select the ring tone you want to use from the list field.

Tap on OK.

Select or clear the Εισερχόμενες κλήσεις check box.

Only if more than one phone number has been saved for the contact: Select or clear the Ταυτόχρονη επεξεργασία κανόνων για όλους τους αριθμούς κλήσης check box.


	The rules are edited for every phone number at the same time (contact-specific settings).
	The rules are processed individually for each phone number (phone number-specific settings).

Contact-specific settings: Under Ρυθμίσεις αυτόματου τηλεφωνητή, enable or clear the Ρυθμίσεις σε σχέση με την επαφή check box.

Tap on Αποδοχή κλήσης.

In the Αποδοχή κλήσης list field, select one of the following options:

Αναγγελία και εγγραφή: The announcement selected for the contact is played back. After this, the caller can leave a message.

Μόνο αναγγελία: The announcement selected for the contact is played back; however, the caller cannot leave a message.

Καμία αποδοχή κλήσης: A call from the contact is not accepted by the answering machine.

Tap on Αναγγελία.

Select the announcement from the list in the Αναγγελία list field that is to be used by the answering machine to accept a call from the contact.
