Settings Configuration Manager Call log
Proceed as follows:

Using the Configuration Manager (page Ρυθμίσεις > COMfortel > Αρχείο καταγραφής του τηλεφώνου)
Call log
  Καταγραφή εξερχόμενων κλήσεων
  Καταγραφή εισερχόμενων κλήσεων
 Outgoing/incoming calls will be saved in the call log.
Incoming calls can additionally be distinguished by call types (see below).

 The call type will be saved in the call log.
 
E-mail notification
Ειδοποιήσεις μηνυμάτων ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου 
Όχι ειδοποίηση: No e-mails are sent.
Only for missed calls: E-mails are only sent if the call was missed.
For all calls: E-mails are sent for those calls that can be selected below.
    Επισύναψη εγγραφή κλήσης
 The call recording is attached to the e-mail.
    Delete recording after sending
 Sent call recordings will not be deleted automatically
 Missed calls will be forwarded via e-mail. At that, it will be distinguished between call types (see below).
    Επισήμανση απεσταλμένου μηνύματος ως αναγνωσμένου
 If an e-mail was sent, the call will be marked as read.
