In the Λειτουργία list field, select one of the following options:

απενεργοποίηση: Switches off announcement before answering for the group.
όταν είμαι απασχολημένος/η: Switches on announcement before answering "on busy" for the group.
πάντα: Switches on continuous announcement before answering for the group.

Manual entry: In the Ομάδες entry field, enter the group number.

and select the group based on its name.|
