Forwarding Recordings (Messages, Voice Memos and Call Recordings) via E-Mail
From the answering machine recordings can be forwarded via e-mail with the settings made for e-mail notification.
Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone
 
Requirements:
•
Address of the e-mail recipient entered in the   > Ajustes > COMfortel > Contestador automático > Notificaciones de correo menu
•
A configured e-mail Outbox server entered in the   > Ajustes > COMfortel > Más > Correo menu
1.
Open the answering machine list.
2.
In the list field on the left, above the answering machine list, select one of the following options:
Todas las grabaciones: Displays all the entries saved in the answering machine list.
Solo mensajes: Only displays the messages saved in the answering machine list.
Solo notas de voz: Only displays the voice memos saved in the answering machine list.
Solo grabaciones directas: Only displays the call recordings saved in the answering machine list.
Archivo: Displays the answering machine list archive.

Select a recording.
