Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone (page   > Ajustes > COMfortel > Más > Registro de llamadas)
Call log
Notificaciones de correo 
Ninguna notificación: No e-mails are sent.
Sólo para las llamadas perdidas: E-mails are only sent if the call was missed.
Sólo todas las llamdas: E-mails are sent for those calls that can be selected below.
    Adjuntar grabación en directo
 The call recording is attached to the e-mail.
    Delete recording after sending
 Sent call recordings will not be deleted automatically
 Missed calls will be forwarded via e-mail. At that, it will be distinguished between call types (see below).
    Marcar el mensaje enviado como leído
 If an e-mail was sent, the call will be marked as read.

•
    Llamadas internas
•
    Llamadas de alarma

    Otras llamadas
 Misssed calls of this call type will be forwarded via e-mail.
  Registrar llamadas salientes
  Registrar llamadas entrantes
 Outgoing/incoming calls will be saved in the call log.
Incoming calls can additionally be distinguished by call types (see below).
