In the Operación list field, select one of the following options:

Conectar: Logs the telephone in to the group.
Desconectar: Logs the telephone out of the group.

In the Sentido de la llamada list field, select one of the following options:
|
saliente: Select the call type for outgoing.
entrante: Select the call type for incoming.
entrante y saliente: Selects the call type for incoming & outgoing.

Manual entry: In the Grupos entry field, enter the group number.
|
and select the group based on its name.|
