Settings Configuration Manager Account
Proceed as follows:
Using the Configuration Manager (page Paramètres > Comptes > Configurer)
Account settings
Nom du compte 
Enter account name.
Utilisation  
 The PBX can use this account for external calls.
 
Téléphone dédié  
Note: If the telephone is used as a system telephone for an account, all the PINs and passwords, and also the prefixes entered for this account are overwritten by the PBX.
 Telephone is system telephone at the account. The telephone can be used as a system telephone on no more than one account and control the following functions on the PBX:
To operate this as a system telephone, you require one of the following PBXs:
To support the system telephone, the PBX needs at least the following firmware versions:
 
Compte par défaut (standard)  
Note: To use a different account than the default account for a single call, pick up the receiver or press the  hook key. Tap on the Compte VoIP field in the dial window and select the account from the list.
 
 This account will be used as the default account.
 To use this account, it has to be selected manually.

The adoption of the default account from the PBX is possible as of firmware 6.6 (PBX) and 2.4 (VoIP telephones).
 
 The telephone sets the account for the direct exchange line as default account.
 
 
Nom d’utilisateur 
Requirements:
Enter username (username of the VoIP provider or, if the telephone is connected to the PBX, the internal number (MSN) that is entered in the configuration of the PBX).
 
Mot de passe 
Requirements:
Enter password (password from the VoIP provider, or, if the telephone is connected to the PBX, the password that is entered in the configuration of the PBX). If no password was entered in the PBX, no entry must be made.
 
ID d’authentification 
The authentication ID (authentication identification) is assigned by some VoIP providers when you configure an account. You need this ID to access the account.
Requirements:
Enter authentication ID. If the VoIP provider did not assign an authentication ID, or the telephone is connected directly to the PBX, no entry must be made.
 
Fournisseurs et IPBX 
Requirements:
Note: Some providers/PBXs are already pre-configured in the factory settings. In total you can configure up to 10 providers/PBXs.
 
Select the provider/PBX.
 
Numéro de téléphone principal DDI 
The DDI (Direct Dial In) is the extension number for dialling directly to a specific subscriber on a telephone system. Example: In the number 0 53 06 / 92 00 - 700, 700 is the Direct Dial In number (DDI) for the Auerswald info-line.
Requirements:
Set connection type Troncage SIP (Settings > Accounts > Account settings)
Enter the DDI main number (e. g. 92 00) without area code assigned by the VoIP provider.
Note: If you assigned a DDI main number, in the Configuration Manager under Settings > Accounts > Configure > Numbers > Configure, you must also enter the DDI number for the telephone in the entry filed Numéro de téléphone and select DDI (Direct Dial In) in the list field Type de numéros de téléphone. The DDIs are assigned by the provider.
 
Type de ligne  
Note: If you select the Troncage SIP connection type, you must then enter a DDI main number.
 Ligne téléphonique par défaut Corresponds to a PTMP connection with several internal numbers (MSNs).
 Troncage SIP It is the same as a PTP connection with Direct Dial In option. The VoIP provider assigns a main number with Direct Dial In (DDI), e. g. 92 00 - 0.

Requirements:
Note: The country and area code of this account are replaced by the prefixes stored in the PBX as soon as the use of this telephone as a system telephone on a PBX is enabled.
Enter area code and select the country of the PBX location or enter the VoIP number assigned by the provider. The country code can be entered directly in the Indicatif international field (with 00, and a maximum of six digits). However, this entry is overwritten as soon as a different country is selected.
 
Liste pour champs des voyants d’occupation (CVO)  
BLF (Resource List Subscription) is a SIP function. For every VoIP account that has Direct Dial In numbers (DDI numbers), a Resource List Subscription can be created which monitors the engaged status of other extensions with DDI numbers.
Requirements:
Important: The BLF resource list subscription function (BLF according to RFC 4662) is currently not available on PBXs.
 The busy status will be displayed via the corresponding speed dialling key. An additional entry must be made:

Enter user part of subscription URI. You will receive the subscription URI from your VoIP provider. The user part is the character string in front of the @ character.
 
Autorisation InterCom (SIP account)  
InterCom enables an announcement to another telephone or to a telephone of a group without anyone actively accepting the call. If the InterCom destination is a single telephone, the microphone can, additionally to the loudspeaker, be switched on (InterCom hands-free) so that the caller can speak to a person at the InterCom destination.
Requirements:
 InterCom announcement or InterCom hands-free calling can be performed at the corresponding InterCom destination.
 
Type InterCom (SIP account) 
Requirements:
Annonce: The caller's system telephone can be programmed to switch on the microphone in addition to the loudspeaker (hands-free) so that a person nearby can speak with the caller using this intercom system
Fonction mains libres: Enables an announcement to system telephones (one telephone or group) from any internal telephone without someone having to actively receive a call (for example, in a doctor's office)

Multiple subscriber number (MSN)/Direct Dial In (DDI) > Configurer

 The account uses own call acceptance rules for calls via the corresponding phone number.
Note: Call acceptance rules for anonymous calls and contacts still have a higher priority.
 The account uses the call acceptance rules configured for the answering machine.
Réponse aux appels 
Annonce et enregistrement: At the end, the caller hears the selected announcement and can then leave a message on the answering machine.
Annonce uniquement: At the end, the caller hears the selected announcement; however, they cannot leave a message on the answering machine.
Aucune réponse aux appels: The call from this caller is not accepted by the answering machine. If remote access is enable, this option has no effect.

Voice mailboxes

Important: The voice mailbox (SIP account) is only available on the PBXs COMpact 4000, COMpact 5000/R, COMpact 5200/R, COMpact 5500R and COMmander 6000/R/RX (PBX firmware version 6.4A or later).
To use the voice mailbox functions of a standard VoIP account, the specified settings from the VoIP provider must be made:

Note: Each status message is assigned a phone number to enable you to identify the associated voice mailbox. You must enter the a phone number to ensure that the status message is uniquely assigned to a single voice mailbox. Note: This phone number is used to fetch messages, by pressing the message key and, if required, a function key to which the MWI function is assigned. If you do not enter a phone number for fetching messages, the mailbox's number is used instead.
Demande explicite de MWI (Message Waiting Indication)  
MWI (Message Waiting Indication) is a SIP function which allows to signal the presence of new voice and fax messages on internal VoIP end devices. Signalling is possible for all voice mail and fax boxes for which the subscriber in question is entered as user.
 The status of the voice mailbox will be monitored and signalled via the message key LEDs.
Note: Some VoIP providers do not send status messages until they have been explicitly requested by the telephone. Disable this option if the VoIP provider sends status messages without you having to request them.

Enter MWI subscription number.
Messagerie vocale personnelle  
 Mailbox is used as personal mailbox for this account.
Note: If a VoIP account has several voice mailboxes, the LEDs on the message key always display the status of all the configured voice mailboxes. It is not possible to switch on the display just for one particular voice mailbox on a VoIP account. In this case use the "Personal voice mailbox" function to display the status of a particular voice mailbox in the status line.
