Function Key for Pick-Up
Open the dial window by pressing the key that is assigned to an unspecific pick-up number. You can then enter the internal number of the telephone that is ringing.
By pressing the key with a defined pick-up destination, you will perform a pick-up call for the defined destination.
In addition, if you press the key, this initiates a call pick-up on telephones or answering machines for which permission has been given (refer to the Advanced Information for the PBX).
 
LED signalling on the key for pick-up with specific pick-up destination:
Red (blinking)
The internal telephone is currently being called or a call is waiting on that telephone. Press the key to initiate a pick-up.
Red
A call is in progress on the internal telephone. Press the key to initiate a call pick-up.
 
Requirements for using the function:

Telephone is a system telephone on the PBX or pick-up is performed on the PBX for which the sequence ##06 has been entered under Paramètres > Fournisseurs et IPBX > Name of Provider/PBX > Numéros spéciaux > Keypad sequence for pickup.

Interception d’appel permission granted in the PBX
 
Proceed as follows by assigning the function key:
•
Using the Configuration Manager by selecting Interception d’appel
•
Using the telephone by selecting Interception d’appel
