Setting Display Options
You can specify how the contact list is sorted and how the contact names are displayed.
Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone
 
1.
Press the Contact/Telephone book key.
2.
Press the Menu key.
3.
Tap on Impostazioni.
4.
Tap on Ordina elenco per.
5.
Tap on the radio button next to Nome or Cognome.
6.
Tap on Visualizza nomi contatti.
7.
Tap on the radio button next to Prima il nomeor Prima il cognome.
