Options for Configuring Contacts

You can assign an individual ring tone to every contact. You can also forward incoming calls from that contact directly to the answering machine.

Note: You can also link an IP camera to the contact by tapping Contact and telephone book key > Name of the contact > Menu key > Opties and input DTMF signals for the associated door station.

Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone

Requirements:

•

for call forwarding: an operational answering machine

Press the

Contact/Telephone book key.

Scroll to the contact or enter its first letter using the keypad.

Tap on the name of the contact.

Press the

Menu key.

Tap on Opties.

Tap on Beltoon and select the ring tone you want to use from the list field.

Tap on OK.

Select or clear the Inkomende oproepen check box.

Only if more than one phone number has been saved for the contact: Select or clear the Regels voor alle telefoonnummers tegelijkertijd bewerken check box.


	The rules are edited for every phone number at the same time (contact-specific settings).
	The rules are processed individually for each phone number (phone number-specific settings).

Make further settings:

Contact-specific settings: Under Instellingen antwoordapparaat, enable or clear the Contactspecifieke instellingen check box.

Tap on Oproep aanname.

In the Oproep aanname list field, select one of the following options:

Boodschap en registratie: The announcement selected for the contact is played back. After this, the caller can leave a message.

Alleen boodschap: The announcement selected for the contact is played back; however, the caller cannot leave a message.

Geen aanname oproep: A call from the contact is not accepted by the answering machine.

Tap on Boodschap.

Select the announcement from the list in the Boodschap list field that is to be used by the answering machine to accept a call from the contact.
