Setting Display Options
You can specify how the contact list is sorted and how the contact names are displayed.
Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone
 
1.
Press the Contact/Telephone book key.
2.
Press the Menu key.
3.
Tap on Instellingen.
4.
Tap on Lijst sorteren op.
5.
Tap on the radio button next to Roepnaam or Achternaam.
6.
Tap on Contactnamen weergeven.
7.
Tap on the radio button next to Roepnaam eerstor Achternaam eerst.
