Settings Configuration Manager Call log
Proceed as follows:

Using the Configuration Manager (page Instellingen > COMfortel > Telefoonprotocol)
Call log
  Uitgaande oproepen protocolleren
  Inkomende oproepen protocolleren
 Outgoing/incoming calls will be saved in the call log.
Incoming calls can additionally be distinguished by call types (see below).

  Onbekende oproep
•
  Externe oproep
•
  Interne oproep
•
  Alarmoproep
•
  Deuroproep
•
  Overige oproepen
 The call type will be saved in the call log.
 
E-mail notification
E-mailbericht 
Geen melding: No e-mails are sent.
Alleen voor gemiste oproepen: E-mails are only sent if the call was missed.
Voor alle oproepen: E-mails are sent for those calls that can be selected below.
    Opname aan de e-mail toevoegen
 The call recording is attached to the e-mail.
    Delete recording after sending
 Sent call recordings will not be deleted automatically
 Missed calls will be forwarded via e-mail. At that, it will be distinguished between call types (see below).
    Verzonden bericht als gelezen markeren
 If an e-mail was sent, the call will be marked as read.

 Misssed calls of this call type will be forwarded via e-mail.
