Notification via E-Mail
Notification via e-mail means that the voice mail/fax box sends an e-mail to the e-mail address configured in the PBX to tell you that new messages have arrived.
Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone (function key or   > Functies > VMB e-mail)
 
Requirements:
•
The outgoing mail server has been configured for the voice mail/fax box in the PBX
•
E-mail transfer has been configured for the voice mail/fax box in the PBX
 
Operation 
Switch notification via e-mail on or off.
 
VMB telefoonnummer 
Enter the voice mailbox number.
