Switching Announcement Before Answering for Group On/Off
Proceed as follows:
•
Using the telephone (function key or   > Funkcje > Zapowiedź przed odebraniem połączenia)
Requirements:
•
Telephone is system telephone on the PBX
•
The telephone is a member of at least one group configured in the PBX
•
Text before answering announcement present in the PBX and assigned to the group
 
1.
In the Operacja list field, select one of the following options:
wyłączanie: Switches off announcement before answering for the group.
gdy numer jest zajęty: Switches on announcement before answering "on busy" for the group.
zawsze: Switches on continuous announcement before answering for the group.
2.
Select the group:
•
Manual entry: In the Grupy entry field, enter the group number.
•
Selection: Tap on and select the group based on its name.
3.
Tap on Wykonaj.
