Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone (page   > Ustawienia > COMfortel > Więcej > Rejestr połączeń)
Call log
Powiadomienia e-mail 
Brak powiadomień: No e-mails are sent.
Tylko dla nieodebranych połączeń: E-mails are only sent if the call was missed.
Dla wszystkich połączeń: E-mails are sent for those calls that can be selected below.
    Załączanie nagranych rozmów w wiadomości e-mail
 The call recording is attached to the e-mail.
    Delete recording after sending
 Sent call recordings will not be deleted automatically
 Missed calls will be forwarded via e-mail. At that, it will be distinguished between call types (see below).
    Oznaczanie wysłanej wiadomości jako przeczytanej
 If an e-mail was sent, the call will be marked as read.
