Deputy Function
If the VMB deputy function is enabled, the caller can be connected with the deputy instead of leaving a message on the voice mailbox. To do this, the caller dials "1" during the announcement or recording phase.
You have to include this information ("You can reach my deputy by dialling the digit 1...") in the announcement yourself by recording it in your own announcement.
 
Proceed as follows:
•
Using the telephone (function key or   > Funkcje > Usługa zastępcza poczty głosowej)
Requirements:
•
The deputy function has been configured for the voice mailbox in the PBX
•
Recorded announcement for the voice mailbox
Operacja 
Switch the deputy function on or off.
 
Numer telefonu poczty głosowej 
Enter the voice mailbox number.
 
Zastępca 
Enter the deputy‘s number.
