Function Key for Recording Voice Memos

Press the key generally assigned for Notatka głosowa poczty głosowej to open a dialogue where you can select the voice mailbox in which you want to record a voice memo.

Press the key specifically assigned for Notatka głosowa poczty głosowej to start recording a voice memo in the voice mailbox for which this function key has been configured.

In addition, when functions are assigned on the first key level, the status of the function is indicated by the corresponding LED.


LED signalling on the key:
yellow (blinking)	The connection to the voice mailbox has been created.
green	The voice mailbox is in recording mode.
off	No recording is being carried out in the voice mailbox.

Proceed as follows by assigning the function key:

Using the telephone by selecting Notatka głosowa poczty głosowej

Notes:

The function can only be set up on a programmable function key that has an LED (not on a touch function key).
