Function Key for the Idle State (Sleep)
If you press the key you switch the idle state on immediately.
Notes:
If the power save mode is enabled, it will be switched on together with the idle state ( > Settings > Device > Display > More > Power save mode behaviour).
As the function key LEDs are switched off in power save mode, you cannot use them to tell you which status the functions currently have.
 
Proceed as follows by assigning the function key:

Using the Configuration Manager by selecting Sleep
•
Using the telephone by selecting Sleep
Note:
The function can only be assigned to a programmable function key that has an LED (not on a touch function key).
