uaCSTA and Action URLs (HTTP-Requests) belong to the external control.
Proceed as follows for configuration:

Enable/disable uaCSTA

Using the Configuration Manager (page Settings > COMfortel > External control)

Using the telephone (page  > Settings > COMfortel > More > External control)

Configuring and switching Action URLs (HTTP-Requests) on/off
