Using InterCom Hands-Free Calling
Requirements:
•
InterCom permission at the InterCom destination
•
Function key configured for InterCom hands-free calling
•
Telephone is system telephone on the PBX or InterCom announcement is performed on the PBX for which the sequence ##012 has been entered under Settings > Providers & PBXs > Name of Provider/PBX > Numbers > Special numbers > Keypad sequence for InterCom hands-free calling.
Note: InterCom hands-free calls can also be performed by any internal telephone (see the PBX‘s Advanced Information).
 
Depending on the action type configured on the key, proceed as follows:
1.
Press the function key for InterCom hands-free calling or press and hold the function key.
The LED next to the function key lights up in green to show that a call connection is present.
2.
To end the announcement or hands-free calling function, press the function key again or release the function key.
