In the Operation list field, select one of the following options:

switch off: Switches off announcement before answering for the group.
on busy: Switches on announcement before answering "on busy" for the group.
always: Switches on continuous announcement before answering for the group.

Manual entry: In the Group entry field, enter the group number.

and select the group based on its name.|
