Selecting Contacts for Display
You can select which of the contacts in the contact list are to be displayed. The default setting is that all the contacts in your accounts are displayed in the contact list.
Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone
 
1.
Press the Contact/Telephone book key.
2.
Press the Menu key.
3.
Tap Contacts to display.
4.
Tap on the radio button next to All contacts or on the name of the account.
5.
Only for a personalised contact display: Tap on the radio button next to Customize.
6.
Tap on the name of the account.
7.
Select or clear the check box next to the name of the group.
8.
Tap on OK.
