Function Key for Contact

Press the key to display all phone numbers assinged to this contact and to dial them directly.

In addition, the corresponding LED indicates the status of the function.


LED signalling on the contact key:
green blinking	The contact called and the call was not accepted.

Proceed as follows by assigning the function key:

Using the Configuration Manager by selecting Contact

•

Using the telephone by selecting Contact

Notes:

The function can only be set up on a programmable function key that has an LED (not on a touch function key).

The function key Contact can refer to synchronised contact data. Thus, when reestablishing a data backup, the main number might not be assigned explicitly to the contacts. If a 0 is displayed for the contact after reestablishing a data backup, first of all, the contact key must be operated once so that the contact will be displayed correctly again.
