Settings Telephone Call log
Proceed as follows:
Using the telephone (page  > Settings > COMfortel > More > Call log)
Call log
E-Mail notification 
No notification: No e-mails are sent.
Only for missed calls: E-mails are only sent if the call was missed.
For all calls: E-mails are sent for those calls that can be selected below.
    Attach recording
 The call recording is attached to the e-mail.
    Delete recording after sending
 Sent call recordings will not be deleted automatically
 Missed calls will be forwarded via e-mail. At that, it will be distinguished between call types (see below).
    Mark message as read
 If an e-mail was sent, the call will be marked as read.
    Unknown calls
    External calls
    Internal calls
    Alarm calls
    Door calls
    Other calls
 Misssed calls of this call type will be forwarded via e-mail.
  Log outgoing calls
  Log incoming calls
 Outgoing/incoming calls will be saved in the call log.
Incoming calls can additionally be distinguished by call types (see below).
  Unknown calls
  External calls
  Internal calls
  Alarm calls
  Door calls
  Other calls
 The call type will be saved in the call log.
