Distributing Voice Memos

You can distribute the voice memos in one voice mailbox to other voice mailboxes.

Proceed as follows:

Using the telephone

1.

Open the voice mailbox's message list.

2.

In the list field on the left, above the message list, select the Voice memos only option.

3.

Select a voice memo.

4.

and enter a phone number.

5.

Select one of the following options:

Move: Moves the voice memo to the selected voice mailbox.

Copy: Copies the voice memo to the selected voice mailbox.
