Initiating a Query Call
During a call, proceed as follows:
1.
Tap on
.
You will hear the internal dial tone. Your current call partner is kept on hold in the PBX (on-hold music playing).
Note:
Initiating the query call may switch off a previously initiated (manually or automatically) call recording.
2.
Enter the destination number or select the VoIP account and phone number in the dial window.
Important:
Enter phone numbers exactly as when dialling, for example, always enter external numbers with a leading exchange line access number.
The subscriber is called.
Notes:
If the phone number of the query call subscriber is listed in the telephone's telephone book, you can initiate a query call by dialling directly from the telephone book (without first tapping on
).
If the phone number of the query call subscriber is saved on one of the programmable function keys (speed dialling key), you can initiate the query call by simply pressing this key (without first tapping on
).
