Call Data Column Settings
Proceed as follows:
•Using the Configuration Manager (page Données des utilisateurs > Données d’appel > Options d’impression)
Date
Display of the date at the beginning of the call.
Heure
Displays the time at the beginning of the call.
Durée
Display of the call duration.
No LCR
Display of the dialled number of the LCR provider, if an external number was dialled via a provider (manual entry or automatic LCR).
Numéro externe
Displays call partner's external phone number.
•Dialled calls: Displays the phone number that was dialled.
•Appels entrants: Displays the phone number transferred by the caller (CLIP information; not for unknown phone numbers).
•Appels de réveil: Displays the phone number of the person receiving the call.
Important: The phone numbers in an incoming VoIP conversation can only be used for callbacks if
Analyse des messages SIP entrants is active.
Note: In the case of private calls, the last three digits are not recorded. Only an anonymised phone number is displayed (the last three digits are represented by ***).

| Online name search: This is where you can add the name to the call data record and also check and update it. Requirement: Online name search is configured and enabled. |
| Soft Call: Dials the phone number directly. Requirement: User is logged on to configuration manager with Phone book authorisation (business). Requirements for D-series telephones: Action URL function activated in the telephone. Identical token in the PBX and telephone. |
Nom externe
Displays the name of the external call partner if stored under Données des utilisateurs > Carnets d’adresses (Users: Carnets d’adresses) or transmitted via CLIP. For VoIP calls, the Nom d’affichage (Réseaux publics > VoIP > Fournisseur > Configurer) is displayed if there is no entry in the address book for this VoIP number.

Nom externe available, the data record can be updated via the
Recherche de nom en ligne function.
Scr No.Invoice
Displays the internal subscriber or group number for:
•Appels sortants (business): Subscriber number of the end device. If the internal subscriber is logged-in to a group, the group number is displayed.
•Private calls:
Initiation with PIN: Internal number
Initiation without PIN: Internal number of the executing end device
•Appels entrants: Internal subscriber or group number dialled by the caller
•Alarm calls: Phone number of this alarm
•Call Through call: External number of the Call Through user
•Door-to-external calls: Phone number of the door terminal
•Appels de réveil: Internal number of the person to be woken up
Nom de facture abo.
Displays the subscriber or group name for:
•Internal subscriber numbers
•Internal group numbers
•Appels d’alarme
•Call Through users
•Door-to-external calls
Scr no.real
Displays the internal subscriber or group or group number for:
•Appels sortants (business or private): Internal number is displayed.
•Appels entrants: Internal number of the accepting end device or external number of the accepting external call forwarding destination (unsuccessful calls are not displayed).
•Appels d’alarme to an internal subscriber: Phone number of the internal end device (alarm calls to external subscribers are not displayed).
•Door-to-external calls: Internal subscriber number who forwarded the call to an external connection (direct calls to external subscribers are not displayed).

Displays the subscriber or group name for:
•Internal subscriber numbers
•Internal group numbers

•Call Through users or external numbers

Displays the own phone number.
•Outgoing call: Phone number used for forwarding the call to the public exchange
•Incoming call: Phone number dialled by the caller
•Call made via ISDN PTMP connection: MSN
•Call made via ISDN PTP connection: PBX base number + DDI or additional number
•Call made via analogue connection: Analogue number
•VoIP call: VoIP number

Amount charged for the call
•LCR data
•Data transmitted by the network provider (units are calculated into charges with the price per unit entered under Fonctions > Crédits de communication.
Note: If the charges for the calls are to be recorded, transmission of the call charges must be enabled on the external S
0 ports.
Note: If using an analogue exchange line or a VoIP account for external calls, no charges will be displayed unless charges have been entered via Soft LCR tables and the subscriber uses uses the LCR function.
Facteur de décompte
Dispalay of the cobversion factor for the costs. The value can be changed depending on the subscriber. The change then applies only to calls after the change.
Note: For logged in users, the
Billing factor (Fact.) is not visible. Instead, the calculated product of transmitted charges and
Billing factor (Fact.) is displayed under
Coûts.
Direction
Outgoing or incoming call.

Type d’appel
The text entered in the print options or the default text for this call type is displayed.
Project (Proj.)
Call charges or times can be billed according to individual projects. Business calls are then initiated with project numbers that are recorded and displayed if the call was successfully transferred.
Hotel invoice number (Hotld)
The check-in via the hotel reception phone automatically generates a 5-digit billing number which is displayed for calls via the hotel function.
Liste des appels
The table column is added to the call data list.

Displays the description of the colum in the call data list.
