Voicemail/Fax Box
Proceed as follows:
•Separately for groups
•Using the Configuration Manager (page Groupes > Propriétés)
Groupe
Select the group you want to display/configure.
Important: The settings done are only valid on the condition that they are not overridden by a profile. The simultaneous display takes place on page Groupes > Propriétés under Surmodulé par le biais du profil dans la configuration.
Note: [Name configuration] ...: In the displayed configuration, the function is overridden by the displayed setting. Requirements:
•Voice mail/fax function (optional, see Technical Data in the Instructions)
•Created fax box for the group
Note: If it is not clear whether it is a fax or not, the call will be signaled to the group or it will be accepted by the voice mailbox.Note: If a fax call is accepted by the group, it can be forwarded to a fax box by means of blind transfer.Note: A fax call which is accepted by a voice mailbox will not be forwarded to a fax box.Messagerie vocale | Numéro de téléphone de la boîte
Requirements:
•Voice mail/fax function (optional, see Technical Data in the Instructions)
•Created voice mailbox for the group
Both the group and the selected voice mailbox will be automatically called for all incoming calls made to the internal number of the group.
Important: The PBX supports only one central answering machine. An answering machine at the COMfortel system phone will be disabled as soon as a voice mailbox is selected for the subscriber. Querying and deleting voice messages as well as replaying own announcements is still possible. The call recording function can be used.Note: If call forwarding immediately (subscriber/group), the boss/secretary function (system phone) or a waiting field reception (for one waiting field group, one enabled waiting field reception is sufficient) is enabled, the call will not be made to the voice mailbox!Messagerie vocale | Type de réponse aux appels
Immédiat
The voice mailbox will be called immediately.
si non-réponse
The voice mailbox will be called after expiration of the entered delay time.
si occupé
The voice mailbox will be called if the internal number of the group is busy and if no call forwarding on busy has been enabled for the group.
si non-réponse+si occupé
The voice mailbox will be called if the group does not reply or if the internal number of the group is busy.
si tous déconnectés
The voice mailbox will be called when all group members are logged out.
