Emergency Call has Priority
Proceed as follows:
Using the Configuration Manager (page Réseaux publics > Appels d’urgence)
Emergency Call Priority
An external line is definitely made available from the PBX when dialling the emergency number or if an alarm is detected. If necessary, a call can be interrupted to enable an emergency call to be made.
*Important: If Emergency Call Priority is disabled and other calls are being made during an emergency, there is a risk that the emergency call cannot be made immediately.
*Note: The emergency call priority switch is enabled for the entire PBX.
Appel d’urgence uniquement avec code d’accès à la ligne principale
Requirements:
Automatic exchange line request (also for individual subscribers) disabled
Using the Configuration Manager (on the following pages)
Réseaux publics > Indicatif
Abonné > Propriétés > Paramètres > Indicatif
Abonnés (Abo) > Synthèse des fonctions > Paramètres > Indicatif > Configurer
The emergency number must be dialled with the exchange line access number entered under Réseaux publics > Indicatif (e. g. 0112 instead of only 112). In this way, numbers beginning with 11... will remain available to be assigned as internal numbers.
*Important: Since the exchange line access number must be dialled in advance if Appel d’urgence uniquement avec code d’accès à la ligne principale is enabled, there is a risk that the exchange line access number is forgotten in an emergency so that no emergency call can be made.
*Note: When switched off, an emergency number can be dialled without exchange line access number, but it is not possible to assign internal numbers which begin with the first digits of an emergency number.
*Note: If you try to disable Appel d’urgence uniquement avec code d’accès à la ligne principale after internal numbers beginning with the first digits of an emergency number have been entered, an error message will be displayed. Solve the problem by assigning new phone numbers to the internal subscribers in question.
