Provisioning COMfortel D-series / 3600 IP
Following described is the provisioning in the "zero touch" mode of a COMfortel D Series and a COMfortel 3600 IP telephone in connection with an Auerswald/FONtevo PBX. The device is in this mode
•before the initial commissioning
•after resetting the device to factory settings
Proceed as follows:
•Via the configuration manager of the PBX
Proceed as described in the following.
1.Determine the MAC address. It can be found on the package as well as on the back of the telephone.
2.Create a VoIP subscriber for the following device type (page Abonnés (Abo) > Telephone number > Nouveau):
afor COMfortel D-series: Standard VoIP Telephone or
bfor COMfortel 3600 IP: COMfortel IP
3.Assign or enter the corresponding MAC address.
4.Create a provisioning file for the following device type (page Abonnés (Abo) > Provisioning d’IP > Gestion des fichiers):
afor COMfortel D-series: Standard VoIP Telephone or
bfor COMfortel 3600 IP: COMfortel IP
5.Grant access to the subscriber.
6.Connect the device.
It now receives the corresponding settings from the assigned provisioning file and is afterwards ready for operation.
