Automatic receptions
Proceed as follows:
•Using the Configuration Manager (Fonctions > Musique d’attente/Annonces > Affectation des fichiers page)
Fichier audio (*.wav)
Select the audio files you want to use as welcome announcements. Specify which welcome announcements are to be used for an automatic reception in Fonctions > Standard automatiques SVI > Configurer.

For the standard announcement, the PBX uses the audio file specified as the standard file in Fonctions > Music on Hold and Announcements > Gestion des fichiers > Fichiers système.
Volume du téléphone (en %)
Specifies how loudly the audio file is to be played on the phone.
Note: The volume at the phone for emergency calls cannot be set under 50 %.Écouter
A suitable programme is used to open the audio file. The file is then either played or saved to a (PC) data storage device.
