Music on Hold and Announcement
When transferring a call or in the case of a query call, a communication partner waiting in the background hears music on hold from the PBX, perhaps with an announcement played over the music.
Configuration procedure:
•Configuring the source of the music on hold and the use of the announcement during the music on hold.
