Copying a Function Key Assignment into Other COMfortel DECT 900/900C Handsets
The assignment of the function key on a COMfortel DECT 900/900C Handset can be copied into another mobile handset.
Proceed as follows:
•Using the Configuration Manager
Requirements:
•COMfortel DECT 900 Base connected to the internal S0 port
•COMfortel DECT 900/900C Handsets
•Configured and assigned internal numbers for the COMfortel DECT 900/900C Handsets
1.Open the page Abonnés (Abo) > COMfortel DECT.
2.Base DECT: Select the DECT base in the list field.
3.In the line of the desired handset, click Copier les touches.
A window for copying function keys opens.
4.Source (numéro de téléphone de la pièce mobile COMfortel-DECT): Select the phone number of the source in the list field.
5.Sélection: Enable or disable the corresponding check box.
6.Cible: Enable or disable the check boxes in front of the internal numbers of the handsets to which the selected function key assignments are to be copied.
7.Click Enregistrer.
Note: The PBX begins to distribute the data to the mobile handsets in question. If a handset is currently not ready for the data transfer (switched off, impossible to reach or in a call), the PBX will try the next handset after a few minutes until all data has been distributed. The handset is not reachable during a data transfer (duration 2 minutes max.) and there is "Copying from PBX" in the display.8.Click Fermer.
