Restoring the address book from the PBX.
If you have accidentally deleted one or more phone book entries on your mobile handset, you can retrieve the contact data. This will restore your complete phone book
Proceed as follows:
Using the Configuration Manager (Subscriber (scr.) > COMfortel DECT)

Requirements:
Internal S0 port (only provided on the COMmander 4/8S0 module or COMmander 4/8S0-R module available as an option)
Configured internal telephone numbers for the base station
Assigned internal telephone numbers for the mobile handsets

1.In the list field DECT base select the DECT base.
2.In the line of the desired handset, click Copy keys.
A window for copying function keys opens.
3.Select or clear the check boxTransmission of telephone numbers to the destination telephone.
4.In the list field Source (number of the COMfortel DECT handset), select the phone number of the source.
5.Select or clear the desired check box underdragging.
6.Click Save.
*Note: The PBX begins to distribute the data to the mobile handsets in question. If a handset is currently not ready for the data transfer (switched off, impossible to reach or in a call), the PBX will try the next handset after a few minutes until all data has been distributed. The handset is not reachable during a data transfer (duration 2 minutes max.) and there is "Copying from PBX" in the display.
7.Click Close.
