Management
Requirements:
•At least one received voice message or fax
•For the replay of the voice message: installed audio player
•To read the fax: installed Acrobat Reader


Proceed as follows:
•Using the Configuration Manager
−As administrator: User data > Address Books > Messages
−As a subscriber: Messages (voice mail and fax boxes)
MESSAGES
Selcet the voice mailbox in question according to its name or number.
Filter
All
Shows all messages/faxes including those in the archive.
new
Shows only new messages/faxes.
today to last month
Shows all messages/faxes received in the specified time which have not yet been archived.
archive
Shows all messages/faxes moved to the archive.
Direction
All
Shows all messages/faxes including those in the archive.
receive
Shows only received messages/faxes.
sent
Shows only sent messages/faxes.
Search (phone number or name)Search
Phone Number
Only messages/faxes are displayed which contain in the caller, Call destination or Line columns the searched phone number.
Phone number ranges
Only messages/faxes are displayed which contain in the caller, Call destination or Line columns the searched phone number range (e. g. 00 for international calls).
Name
Only messages/faxes are displayed which contain in the Name or Line columns the searched name.
Name fragment
Only messages/faxes are displayed which contain in the Name or Line columns text with the searched character string.
*Note: Filter: A filter set here is not taken into account. All messages corresponding to the search term will be shown in any case.
*Note: Options: During fax transfer, the status of the transmission when the page was called up is displayed here. It is not updated automatically.Refresh: Clicking reloads the page and thus updates the data displayed.
*Note: Options: If a fax could not be transferred. In addition, a status message is output.
Opens or saves the message/fax.
Sends the message/fax via e-mailis displayed and the message is not transferred by e-mail if not all settings for transferring by e-mail have been made (e.g. missing message recipient).
Delete
Deletes the entries marked in the list.
Read
Entries marked in the list are set to read.
Unread
Entries marked in the list are set to unread.
Copy/Move
Moves, copies or archives the messages/faxes.
