Call distribution for
Proceed as follows:
•Separately for configurations
•Separately for external connections
•Using the Configuration Manager (Public Switched Telephone Networks > Call distribution page)
Note: External numbers that are required as
Call Through number (
Functions > Call Through) are not allowed to be used in call distribution.
Note: In order for a subscriber to signal incoming external calls, it needs at least
Exchange line authorisation (business)
Only incoming, with emergency call (
Subscriber (scr.) > Properties > Exchange line settings).
Note: An internal destination can be assigned to an external number. Internal destinations can be subscribers, groups, Voice mail and fax boxes or the automatic reception functions.
Note: If several subscribers ring simultaneously, they are grouped.
