Voicemail/fax function
Proceed as follows:
•Using the Configuration Manager (
Overviews >
Voicemail/fax function)
Displays all created voice mail and fax boxes.
•Type: Voice mail or fax box
•Phone Number/Name: Number and name of the voice mail/fax box
•Number of messages: Number of the stored and the maximum possible messages.
•Memory utilisation: Value of the actual occupied and maximum possible storage space.
Displays the memory assignment in a diagram.
