Settings of the Contact Groups
Proceed as follows:

Groupes de contacts
Name of the contact group.

Specifies how many contacts are existing in a contact group.
Type de groupe de contacts
Tous les contacts: To structure large address books, up to 20 contact groups can be created and assigned.
Annuaire version 1: The contact group is created automatically. Only over these, contacts can be provided to also older system phones (COMfortel 1100, 1500, 2500 (AB), VoIP 2500 AB). The phone books of these system phones as well as the Annuaire version 1 are limited to 400 contacts. Only one phone number can be stored per contact.
Note: Annuaire version 1: With read access to this contact group, subscribers with phone book authorisation can dial exchange numbers without exchange line authorisation.Administrators and sub-administrators can create own contact groups and assign types to them. These types set the possible size of the contact group and specify the phones to which the contacts in this contact group are to be transmitted.

Displays the date and time on which the Google contact group was last synchronised with the Google account's contact details, either automatically or manually.
Configurer
To transfer contact data from a Google account to the PBX's address books, the following contact group type is available: Groupe de contacts Google. Once you have created a Google contact group, you can synchronise it, manually or on a scheduled basis, with one or all contact groups managed by Google.
Important:For certain requests when synchronising with a Google account, the PBX needs access to the Auerproxy server. Make sure that the address and port are reachable.•Further help under Firewall releases for Auerswald services
Note: From firmware version 8.0 onwards, synchronisation is performed via a different interface. Reauthentication is required for existing Google contact groups. A note is displayed next to the button to this effect. After authentication, you can continue configuring the contact group.IDENTIFIANTS

This code is generated and transferred automatically by Google.
Copier
Copies the release code to the clipboard so it can be used for authentication.
Authentification
You are transferred directly to Google, so you can authenticate your Google account. Input the required data in the authentication dialogue.

Synchronisation Google active
The google contact group is synchronised with the contact details of the Google account.

Synchronisation manuelle
Manual synchronisation of the Google managed contact group can be initiated at any time, regardless of automatic synchronisation. The status can be queried on the page Données des utilisateurs > Carnets d’adresses > Contacts et affectation.

Supprimer
The selected contact group is deleted.
Proceed as follows for subscribers:
•Write access to at least one contact group
•Only contacts that are assigned to the contact groups for which the subscriber has write access
Note: You can select and delete multiple contact groups at once by holding down the Shift or Ctrl key.
