Proceed as follows:
• Using the Configuration Manager (page Functions > Hotel function > Create print form)
Header text     Bold     Header X
7 lines (max. 80 characters per line) are available. If an empty line is required, you must also leave it out here.
Subject     Bold     Invoice headline
Max. 80 characters.
Invoice data
Headlines of the invoice data Invoice no, Check-in and Check-out are freely selectable (recommended: preset texts).
Column headlines
The column headlines of the itemised bills Date, Time, Duration, Phone number and Amount are freely selectable (recommended: preset texts).
Final amount
Headlines of the final amount Sum, (incl. VAT), Tax and VAT are freely selectable (recommended: preset texts).
Print tax
The included VAT is shown additionally.
Currency name
The currency appears after the invoice amount.
Missing call data
If the call data storage capacity is exceeded, a note appears on the telephone bill that is entered here (e. g. Calls before the following date are not included in the overview:)
Footer text     Bold     Footer X

Separator     Date      Time
For example: 01.01.2000 - 12:00
 Preadjustment
Existing entries are discarded and automatic text suggestions are entered.
